Packaging Matched to Your Product and Sales Channel
Platvex Plasticware supports packaging requirements for plastic plates, bowls, cups and food containers supplied to importers, wholesalers, distributors, private-label brands and retail chains.
Available options can include polybags, shrink packs, sleeves, color boxes, labels, carton marks and export cartons. The suitable format depends on the selected model, product dimensions, pack quantity and order volume. We confirm these details alongside the product specification so packaging can be reviewed before bulk production.
Confirm Pack Quantities and Product Arrangement
Start by specifying pieces per pack and packs per carton. Tell us whether products are supplied individually, in matching sets or as bulk-packed units. For mixed sets, identify each component and the quantity required.
Plate and bowl stacking, cup nesting and container lid arrangements affect packaging dimensions. A pack count that works for one model may not suit another. We review the physical arrangement before confirming the packaging format. Changes to product dimensions through custom size and shape development may require a separate packaging review.
Private-Label Artwork, Labels and Color Boxes
For branded packaging, provide your artwork, required label information, barcode details where applicable and preferred box or sleeve format. Identify which information belongs on the product pack and which belongs on the export carton.
Artwork must be reviewed against the actual packaging dimensions. Product names, pack quantities and model references should match the confirmed order. If packaging includes usage instructions or performance claims, those statements need confirmation for the selected product.
Product decoration and packaging artwork are separate approvals. Our custom logo and printing service covers compatible product printing, while packaging details are confirmed for the chosen bag, sleeve, label or box.
Packaging Fit and Sample Approval
Packaging review covers fit, product arrangement, closure and handling. A box should accommodate the approved product and agreed protection without unnecessary movement or excessive empty space. Printed surfaces and exposed edges may require protection between stacked items.
Where a packaging sample is required, we confirm its preparation and approval arrangements with the project. Customized samples usually take approximately 10–20 days, but packaging development and revisions can affect timing. Through sample development and approval, the agreed packaging format becomes part of the bulk-order specification.
Export Cartons and Packing Checks
Export packing is reviewed separately from the inner sales pack. We confirm carton quantities, labels and carton marks according to the order requirements. Carton planning must account for the actual packed products rather than an estimate based only on individual item dimensions.
During packing and export preparation, checks cover pack quantities, packaging appearance, labels, cartons and shipment condition. Product protection and packing consistency are reviewed before dispatch.
MOQ, Costs and Information Needed
Product MOQ is usually around 500–2,000 pieces per model and color. Custom packaging may have separate quantity requirements, which are confirmed according to the format and artwork. Pack count, box dimensions, printing, labels and protective materials can affect the quotation and shipment volume.
Mass production usually takes approximately 25–40 days after sample and order confirmation. Packaging revisions or materials awaiting approval can affect the schedule; transport time is separate.
For a quotation, send the product reference, order quantity, pieces per pack, preferred packaging format, artwork, label requirements, carton instructions and destination. We will review suitable options and confirm sampling, quantity requirements and production arrangements.
