Logo Printing Matched to Your Product
Platvex Plasticware supports custom logo printing for compatible plastic plates, bowls, cups and selected food containers. We work with importers, wholesalers, private-label brands and retail buyers who need approved decoration for bulk orders.
Screen printing and pad printing are available where suitable for the selected model. The method depends on material, surface shape, print area and artwork. We review these details before quotation rather than assume the same printing process works across every product.
Confirm the Print Area and Position
Send the product model or reference photograph with the preferred logo location and approximate print dimensions. On plates, specify whether the decoration is intended for the rim, underside or another area. For cups and bowls, identify the required side position and orientation.
Curved surfaces, narrow rims and molded features can limit the usable area. Food-contact locations also need review against the intended use and any testing requirements. Our material and color review helps establish the product specification before printing samples are prepared.
Artwork Details Needed for Sampling
Provide a clear artwork file, preferably vector artwork where available, together with logo dimensions, required colors and placement instructions. A photograph of a previous printed product can help explain the appearance, but may not provide sufficient detail for preparing the print.
Small lettering, fine lines and multiple colors need a feasibility check at the requested size. We may recommend an adjustment if details are unlikely to reproduce clearly. Confirm any artwork revision before sampling, including whether the logo should align with handles, compartments or other molded features.
Melamine decoration is reviewed separately; screen or pad printing should not be assumed suitable for every melamine series.
Printed Samples and Pre-Production Approval
Customized samples usually take approximately 10–20 days, depending on the model, artwork and project requirements. Sample charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually.
Review logo position, size, orientation, color and overall appearance on the actual product. Where several models are included, confirm the decoration on each relevant shape. Our sample development and approval process establishes the agreed reference before bulk production.
Changes to artwork, product color or print position after approval may require another sample and affect the schedule.
Bulk Printing Checks and Packing Protection
During production, logo placement, print appearance, color and visible defects are checked against the approved artwork or sample. Any buyer-required print performance checks should be discussed before quotation so their scope can be confirmed.
Packing must account for decorated surfaces and contact between stacked products. Suitable protection and pack quantities are reviewed through our custom packaging service. Printed products are checked before packing, with labels and carton details reviewed separately.
MOQ, Production Timing and Quotation
MOQ is usually around 500–2,000 pieces per model and color. Artwork complexity, print colors, placement and packaging can affect the final quantity and price. List quantities separately for each product and decoration requirement.
Mass production usually takes approximately 25–40 days after sample and order confirmation, depending on the order details. Transport time is separate.
For a quotation, send the product reference, material, body color, logo artwork, print dimensions, position, quantity, packaging requirements and destination market. Include any required testing or documentation so we can review the printing project before sampling.
