Plastic Plate Programs for B2B Buyers
Platvex Plasticware supports OEM plastic plate orders for importers, wholesalers, distributors, private-label brands and foodservice suppliers. Projects usually start with an existing plate model, followed by confirmation of material, dimensions, unit weight, color, decoration and packaging.
Our range includes reusable plastic plates, disposable plastic plates and melamine plates. Each range has different material, production and decoration requirements. We review the selected model and intended use before confirming which adjustments are feasible for your order.
Confirm the Plate Model Before Customization
Send a product photograph, model reference or physical sample together with your required dimensions and unit weight. Include the intended application and destination market so we can review suitable options.
For existing models, we check whether the available size, rim profile, depth and material meet your brief. Changes to diameter, compartments or overall structure may require new tooling. Our size and shape review separates existing-model options from new development before quotation. New-mold projects are evaluated individually and are generally unsuitable for very small fully customized orders.
Material, Color and Logo Requirements
Material is confirmed by product and structure. A material used for one plate series should not be assumed available for another. Tell us any required food-contact documentation and intended conditions of use; heating or washing claims need confirmation for the selected model.
Custom colors and screen or pad printing can be arranged for compatible products. Provide a color reference, logo artwork, preferred position and approximate print dimensions. Through our logo and printing service, we confirm the method and sample appearance before production. Melamine decoration is reviewed separately from thermoplastic plate printing.
Samples and Approval Before Bulk Production
Existing-product samples usually take approximately 5–10 days. Customized samples usually take approximately 10–20 days, depending on the requested changes. New tooling requires a separate development review. Sample charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each request.
Approval should cover the plate specification, color, decoration and packaging as applicable. Our sample and mold development process establishes the reference used for bulk production. Changes after approval may require another sample and a revised schedule.
Private-Label Packing and Order Quantities
Packaging options can include polybags, shrink packs, sleeves, color boxes, labels and export cartons. Confirm pieces per pack, branding artwork and carton requirements alongside the plate dimensions. Packaging affects material costs, packing work and shipment volume.
MOQ is usually around 500–2,000 pieces per model and color, depending on material, printing and packaging. Quantities should be listed separately by model and color. Our custom packaging options are reviewed against the selected product and order quantity.
Production Checks and Quotation Information
Mass production usually takes approximately 25–40 days after sample and order confirmation. Timing depends on quantity, material, decoration and packing; transport time is separate.
Checks cover dimensions, unit weight, molding condition, edges, appearance, printing and packing against the approved requirements. Third-party food-contact testing can be arranged where required after the model, material and test scope are confirmed.
For a quotation, send your plate reference, dimensions, material preference, unit weight, quantity by color, artwork, packaging requirements and destination. We will review suitable options and confirm MOQ, sample arrangements and production timing.
